OEM Manufacturing FAQs
Do I need a tech pack to start?
A tech pack speeds things up, but it isn't required. We can work from sketches, reference samples or photos and create the technical specification with you.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share designs. Your designs are produced only for you.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by product, material and decoration. Many categories start with low quantities per design, and we can discuss trial orders for new brands.
Do you charge for samples?
Sampling is usually charged to cover materials and labour. In many cases the sample cost can be credited against your bulk order.
Can I mix products from different categories in one order?
Yes. You can combine apparel, gloves, accessories and racket sports items in one order and one consolidated shipment.
Will my products have your name on them?
No. OEM and private label products carry only your branding, labels and packaging.
How do you keep quality consistent on re-orders?
We keep your approved golden sample, tech pack and material references on file, and inspect every re-order against them.
Can you prepare goods for Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can apply FNSKU labels, polybag warnings and carton labels to Amazon requirements, and prepare shipments for FBA or 3PL warehouses.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Common terms are a deposit to start production with the balance before shipment. Details are confirmed in your quotation.
Can a third-party inspector check my order?
Yes. We welcome independent inspections before shipment and will coordinate access and timing with your inspection company.
