Embroidered patches have raised, textured stitching and bold colours. Woven patches and woven badges use thinner thread for fine text and detail with a flatter finish.

Iron-On, Sew-On or Velcro?

What artwork do I need to send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best, but a clear PNG or JPG works too. We digitise it for free.
What is the minimum order?
MOQs are low and depend on patch type and size. Tell us your quantity and we'll quote the best price break.
How small can text be on a patch?
Embroidered text works best from about 4 mm high. For smaller text, woven patches can go down to around 2 mm.
Will iron-on patches survive washing?
Yes, when applied correctly. For heavy-wear items we recommend adding a few stitches or choosing sew-on backing.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. We match thread and PVC colours to your Pantone references as closely as possible.
Do you embroider directly onto garments too?
Yes. We also offer direct embroidery on caps, polos, jackets and bags, plus chain-stitch lettering.
