Built Right, Checked Every Step

At SIPRAS INDUSTRIES, quality isn't a final check — it's built into every stage of production. From fabric arrival to the sealed export carton, our teams follow a documented process for cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery and finishing, with four layers of quality control so every bulk order matches the sample you approved.

Our Approach

Quality Is a Process, Not a Promise

Consistent bulk quality comes from clear specifications, skilled people and checks at the right moments — not from inspecting problems out at the end.

  • Every order starts with an approved pre-production (PP) sample
  • A golden sample and spec sheet travel with the order through each department
  • Problems are caught early with inline checks, before they repeat
  • Final AQL inspection is done before cartons are sealed
  • Photos, videos and inspection reports shared with you before shipment

FAQ

Production & Quality FAQs

How do you make sure bulk production matches the sample?

Every order starts with an approved pre-production sample. This golden sample and the spec sheet are used as the reference at cutting, decoration, stitching and final inspection.

What AQL level do you use?

Our standard is ISO 2859-1 General Inspection Level II, with AQL 0 for critical, 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects. Stricter levels can be agreed for your order.

Can I send my own inspector?

Yes. Your own QC staff or a third-party inspection company are welcome to inspect goods before dispatch. We'll share the production schedule so you can book the inspection.

What happens if a lot fails inspection?

Defective pieces are repaired or replaced, the full lot is re-checked, and a new AQL audit is carried out before the order ships.

Do you provide lab test reports?

We run key fabric checks in-house and can arrange accredited laboratory testing for specific standards when your market or retailer requires formal reports.

Will I get updates during production?

Yes. You'll receive a timeline at order confirmation, progress photos during production, and the final inspection report and packing details before shipment.

How do you keep reorders consistent?

We keep your patterns, artwork files, colour references and a retained golden sample, so repeat orders are produced to the same specification.
