Every SIPRAS sliotar passes through six stages in our Sialkot workshop — combining traditional hand stitching with modern quality checks.
Core Preparation
Cork-composite or polymer cores are moulded and weighed so every ball starts at the same weight and size.
Leather Selection
Cow-hide or synthetic PU sheets are inspected for thickness, grain and defects before cutting.
Panel Cutting
Two figure-of-eight style panels are cut to precise templates so they meet perfectly around the core.
Cover Fitting & Shaping
Damp panels are stretched and fitted around the core by hand, then held in shape ready for stitching.
Hand-Stitched Raised Rim
Skilled stitchers close the panels with strong waxed thread, building the raised rim that gives grip and stable flight.

Are your sliotars approved for official matches?
We manufacture to your specification. If you need sliotars approved for official competition, approval is applied for by the brand owner under the governing body's current rules — we support you with samples and specifications.
Can you print our club crest on the sliotar?
Yes. We print club crests, brand logos and sponsor names, and can add coloured stitching in club colours.
What is the difference between leather and synthetic covers?
Leather gives the traditional feel favoured for matches. Synthetic PU is more water-resistant and consistent in wet weather, making it popular for training and wall balls.
