Why Choose ODM

A Design Department Without the Overheads

Hiring designers, pattern makers and a sample room is expensive and slow. With ODM, you get the full product development team — and the factory that will make the product — in one partnership.

Speed

Faster to Market

Design and production teams work side by side, so products are designed for efficient manufacturing from day one — fewer revisions, shorter lead times.

Cost

Lower Development Cost

No in-house design salaries, software or sample-room costs. You pay for the development you need, when you need it.

Expertise

Category Know-How

Our team knows the materials, constructions and standards of each category — from hurling gloves to padel rackets — so your products perform.

ODM Guide

Understanding ODM Manufacturing

What Is ODM Manufacturing?

ODM manufacturing (Original Design Manufacturing) means the manufacturer designs and develops the product, which the buyer then sells under their own brand. As an ODM manufacturer, SIPRAS INDUSTRIES handles product design and manufacturing in one place.

ODM vs OEM

With OEM, you supply the design. With ODM, we create it for you. Many brands use both: ODM OEM manufacturer partnerships let you develop new ideas with us while producing your existing designs.

Apparel Design Services

Our apparel design services include trend research, sketching, tech pack creation, pattern making service and garment sampling service for ODM clothing and ODM sportswear.

Sportswear and Activewear Development

As a sportswear design company, we develop activewear design and manufacturing projects, GAA kit design and team uniforms with performance fabrics and sublimated graphics.

Gloves and Racket Sports

We offer gloves design and manufacturing and racket sports product development, including padel racket ODM and pickleball paddle ODM programmes.

Full Package Production

ODM is a form of full package production or turnkey apparel manufacturing — from new product development to packed, labelled stock.

FAQ

ODM Manufacturing FAQs

What do I need to start an ODM project?

Just a brief: the product type, your target customer, price point, estimated quantity and any reference images or brands you like. We take it from there.

Who owns the design?

Design ownership and exclusivity are agreed in writing before work begins. Designs created exclusively for your brand are not sold to other customers.

Is there a design fee?

Development is usually charged per project based on the package and number of products. Part of the development fee can often be credited against your first bulk order.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are set out in your package — typically one round for a Design Refresh and up to three sample rounds for New Product Development.

Can I use my own designer alongside your team?

Yes. Your designer can provide concepts while our technical team handles tech packs, patterns and sampling.

Do I get the tech pack and patterns?

Deliverables, including tech packs and artwork files, are listed in your agreement. Many brands receive a copy of their tech pack for their records.

Can you design a whole collection, not just one product?

Yes. Our Full Collection package coordinates apparel, gloves and accessories with matching colours and graphics.

What if I'm not happy with the concepts?

We present multiple directions and refine them with your feedback. Clear approvals at each phase keep the project on track.

Have an Idea? Let's Design It Together.

Tell us what you want to create. We'll schedule a briefing call and send a development proposal with timeline and costs.
